Why has StoreVerdict given an unfair rating to a merchant?

StoreVerdict does not rate merchants. Users are responsible for all ratings, we simply provide the platform to power the system. Furthermore, users are responsible for their own ratings and comments.

No, we only hold ratings and reviews for merchants you see listed here, but we are constantly adding them.

No, all listings are added free of charge
