We use a variety of techniques to prevent fraudulent reviews and ratings. Any merchant seeking to manipulate the rating system will have such reviews removed and an administrative comment added to inform users of their actions.

No, StoreVerdict do not alter ratings for any reason other than for reasons stated above.
