20 June 2008Very competitive on pricing and delivery, Euroffice used to be my main supplier of office stuff and there was very little I could find to fault them on. However, since the re-launch of their website, I have been unable to place orders without phoning the card details through due to their unreliable new checkout process refusing to authenticate my cards (which previously worked fine on their old website). The card details are all correct - it gives no problems on other websites, only Euroffice. I have raised this issue with them - they initially responded to me with the standard "contact your card issuer" line; subsequent emails to them are ignored, giving me the impression that they don't really care. I have now switched to another supplier - using the same card details - which are accepted with no problems at all. I would no longer recommend Euroffice - since their "relaunch", they've fallen way behind other suppliers in terms of ease of purchasing and customer service.
