24 July 2008Have used them several times with no problems. Ordered again on July 13th - order not received. More worrying - they have not responded to 3 emails and seem not to be answering their phone - have tried several times and it just rings endlessly. Very poor way indeed to respond to queries from a regular customer. Needless to say I will not be using them again and will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
