Vertbaudet is a very disappointed bad service company, their customer services are very poor, when i had a problem with the order i received from them(an item was missing in my order and i'd been charged,i wanted a refund from them) i rang their costly 0844 phone number, i rang many many time before i can speak to a proper English speaking operator(the others either not understand or speak very little English), but this person could not deal with my enquiries and said he needed to transfer me to another adviser, i'd been put on hold for 20mins before i'd been cut off, i ended up paying the unnecessary telephone fees and the problem still not solved, i then tried to email them for more than 10 times, although i would get a reply each time, but they weren't helpful at all, each time there was a new person replied my emails, no one would read the previous emails i enclosed with the new one, so each time i had to explain the problem again and again. The problem still not solved in the end, after so many emails i'd sent, i ended up being ignored,they still owe me the refund, i don't think i will get my money back at all, i'm still very angry about this every time i saw this company's advert on the magazines. So everyone who read this, please think twice if you want to buy anything from Vertbaudet.
